The staff here were accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, which helped. I enjoyed the convenient location, especially being close to restaurants and shops.

The staff at Candlewood were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the convenient location close to restaurants and shops. The phone in my room didn't work despite reporting it to the front desk. This was frustrating and shouldn't have been the case. A pleasant stay but improvements needed in communication and facilities.

The staff were wonderful and personable, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The great and convenient location was steps away from Family Fun Park. Besides, it was close to Oaklawn race track, Lake Hamilton and downtown and the lake.

My room was very clean and well furnished. The furniture was in pristine shape - no chips, scratches, or tears. The bathroom was immaculate and there were plenty of nice towels. What impressed me most was my room smelled like roses - not in a heavy way and it wasn't covering the smell of bleach or ammonia, but more like a spa.

Everything was wonderful and the staff was amazing. The rooms were huge and impressive, on the wi-fi sucks. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus. The service was absolutely excellent!

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Made a late booking and then wasn't able to make it till the next day and they had no problem changing everything for me. The only thing I wish it had was a better breakfast option. It wasn't bad but just something a lil bite more substantial. Other than that I plan on stay with them and or any of the other affiliated hotel/suites.

Candlewood provided a good stay with friendly staff and a clean, spacious room. The comfortable bed enhanced my relaxation after exploring Hot Springs. The absence of breakfast options was disappointing. A wonderful experience at a very reasonable price.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in a non-smoking room. Once exiting off the elevator, the smoke scent was so strong in the hallway, once in the room you could still smell the smoke. Please consider a smoke-free hotel.

I found my stay enjoyable as not only was my room clean and spacious, but the hotel is just a couple of kilometers from places like Hot Springs National Park and the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens, perfect for walking and absorbing nature.
